The Responder Snow Shovel by MSR is a lightweight, compact backcountry shovel with a T-shaped handle and a 2-section telescoping shaft. The upper shaft and blade can be assembled without the middle section for an ultralight, non-extendable option. It features a 6061-T6 hard-anodized aluminum blade and lash-on holes at all four corners for securing it.
